CATL Launches 9 MWh TENER+ Storage System at All-Energy Australia

CATL held the global launch of its 9 MWh TENER+ battery energy storage system at All-Energy Australia 2026 in Melbourne on Oct 28, alongside the Australian debut of its Tener Sodium system. It signed MoUs with Hitachi Energy (pairing CATL DC-side products with Hitachi power conversion), EPEC Group and UNSW Sydney. CATL said TENER+ is likely to reach Australian projects in one to one and a half years, mainly because of grid-connection timelines.
