How this roadmap works
- Status moves left → right: idea → planned → in progress → shipped. Items don't expire; they get closed when delivered or explicitly retired.
- Priority P0 (must) → P3 (deferred). Set by impact ÷ effort, not by who asked first.
- Effort XS <1h · S <1d · M 1–3d · L 1w · XL multi-week. Best-guess ranges.
- Milestones M1–M4 are 4–6 week windows. Items can re-slot if measurement (Web Vitals, user reports) changes priority. We move things to M2 cheerfully, not in shame.
